Short Bio: Ms. Payam Ismael is a civil engineer specializing in construction materials. She received her B.Sc. in

Civil Engineering from Tishk International University and her M.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Construction Materials) from Salahaddin University-Erbil. She is currently working as

an assistant lecturer and researcher at Tishk International University (TIU). Her academic activities focus on construction materials, with particular interest in applying machine learning and data-driven approaches in civil engineering research.
