Short Bio: Agreen Abdollah achieved bachelor in civil engineering in Salaheddin University (1994-1995), then got MBA in Lebanese France university in Erbil in 2010, after that achieve its MSc in road engineering in polytechnic University in Erbil. He started his career as field engineer in 1995 in road and highway engineering, then become head of rural water department – Erbil in 2000, as director of reconstruction in Erbil in 2002, as director of road maintenance – Erbil in 2008, director of road-Erbil in 2012 and then deputy ministry of road in 2014.

-Agreen participated directly and as supervisor in tens of road and building projects executed in Kurdistan region of Iraq.

He has three published books relating of road maintenance and construction.

About Aci-Kurdistan Chapter

The ACI chapter of Kurdistan is a recently establisehd branch of ACI, which cover the geographic region of the southern kurdistan which so called (Iraqi Kurdistan region). The main goal of the chapter is to merge our knowledge about the concrete with the most recent standards and specifications. Also, the Kurdistan chapter makes a strong tie between the universities across the Kurdistan region.
